   • The Flipkart Premier League construct will commence at 00:00 Hours on Saturday, March 23rd, 2019 and end at 23:59 Hours onSunday , April 7th, 2019 (Offer Period).
2. What is the offer about?
   
   • As a part of this offer, you can earn points daily by playing “Predict & Win” and “CriqIQ”.
   • For Every Correct Prediction on Predict & Win will get the participant 40 Points and for every question being right will get the user 20 points. At the end of the 16 days campaign the top 5 winners will win a chance to view an IPL match live at the stadium.
   • The Winners will be identified/announced on the 10th of April.
3. What are the conditions to avail the offer?
   
   • Login using the registered Flipkart ID on the Flipkart Mobile App, click on the Flipkart Premier League banner and provide a unique, closest and valid response to the question on the Flipkart Premier League page during the offer period.
4. What is the award that can be availed during redemption?
   
   • The winners will be provided with travel to and fro to the venue and match tickets to watch the match live at the stadium
   • The match and dates of tickets will be at the sole discretion of Flipkart.
5. How and When can I redeem the offer?
   
   • Eligible customers will receive the rewards/tickets by the 20th of April 2019 uptil a period of four weeks (May 14th, 2019).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRELIMINARY

1. By participating in CriqIQ (“Offer”), the user (“You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by:
   
   • these terms and conditions (“T&C”); and
   • the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards (http://www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-voucher) and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on www.flipkart.com (“Website”), Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which are owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”, “We” or “Our”).

OFFER DETAILS

1. You will be able to participate in this offer starting from 00:00 hrs on March 5, 2019 and till 23:59 hrs on March 8, 2019 (“Offer Period”).
2. To participate in the Offer You must do/ fulfill the following:
   
   • Age must be 18 years or above;
   • Must have a valid account on the Platform and log in using the same on the Flipkart Mobile App only (the contest will not be available for participation on the Flipkart Website or Flipkart Lite);
3. You will need to login to the Flipkart Mobile App using your registered Flipkart email address and click on the CriqIQ or Predict & Win banner during the Offer Period.
4. You will need to enter a numerical response to the question prompted on the CriqIQ or Predict & Win page. The closest, unique and valid response will be recognized as the winner for the day.
5. Eligible customers will receive the rewards/tickets by the 20th of April 2019 uptil a period of four weeks (May 14th, 2019).
6. You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstandings and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This Offer is valid only in India.
2. The Offer is open to only end consumers and not the resellers of the Products.
3. Prizes shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart and are not transferable.
4. Flipkart reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Offer, at any time without any prior written notice.
5. Participants are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
6. Flipkart, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer.
7. Flipkart reserves the right to determine the winner and such determination shall be as per the terms of this T&C. Flipkart’s decision in this regard shall be final.
8. The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart.
9. Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
10. Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by sellers on the Platform and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of the sellers.
11. Flipkart does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products, which shall be at the sole liability and responsibility of the sellers.
12. You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of the terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
13. This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
14. This Offer is not applicable for the customers from the State of Tamil Nadu.
15. The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
16.
